Installation of an anonymous whistleblower system
Hopfenveredlung St. Johann GmbH, location Wolnzach – subsequently also called NATECO2 (brand name) – provides you as a Whistleblower (m/f/d) with a safe reporting channel. According to the Whistleblower Protection Act (German abbreviation: HinSchG), this term is to be understood as a system, which enables you to report anonymous hints in a confidential manner.
In this context confidentiality means, that »a reporting channel is designed, installed and operated in such a secure way, that confidentiality of whistleblower’s identity and third parties, which are mentioned in the whistleblower’s report, are safeguarded.« Confidentiality of a whistleblower has to be guaranteed – whistleblower is not to suffer from any reprisals, discriminations or disadvantages, due to a reporting.

Employees (m/f/d) and other interested people can report possible incidents or breaches confidentially, without being prosecuted. In order to protect you and your information, this is effected via forwarding to an external, secure platform.
Your identity and personal data, as part of your reporting, are neither being recorded, nor saved, provided that you do not explicitly consent.
Contents of your confidentially sent message are forwarded by utilized whistleblower portal (vertraulichmelden.de) to Hopfenveredlung St. Johann GmbH in an anonymous manner – under no circumstances however with indications regarding your identity.
